We will accept the returns within seven calendar days from the receipt of the product. The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

- Damaged items must be reported to our website Customer Care Team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item free of charge if the item is available. Should we not be able to replace it, you will be refunded for the item.
