We will accept the returns within seven calendar days from the receipt of the product. The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
When a seller issues a partial or full refund to a buyer via PayPal the fees paid by the seller to PayPal will no longer be returned to Calicapelli. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping might be deducted from your refund.

Calicapelli has sole discretion over which carrier is used when generating tracking numbers. The quickest and most cost-effective option will always be considered first.
