Refund policy

Calicapelli.com Return Policy:

We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Fees & Conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Transaction Fee: A 3.5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and can only be exchanged if there's a manufacturer defect, covered under our 12-month warranty.

How to Start a Return:

Contact us at help@calicapelli.com to initiate a return. Returns must be pre-approved, and we'll provide a return shipping label. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received a damaged or incorrect item so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, like gift cards, cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
